Privacy policy

Qi Plus hasn’t launched yet. Until it does, this website does one thing with personal data: it keeps the email address of anyone who asks to hear about the launch. This page explains what we keep, why, and how to have it removed.

What we keep

• Your email address, if you enter it in the “Express your interest” form, with the date and time you sent it.
• A scrambled form of your internet address, for 10 minutes, to stop anyone sending the form hundreds of times. It can’t be turned back into your address, and it’s deleted automatically.

We don’t use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers, and we don’t ask for anything else.

Why we keep your email

Only to contact you about Qi Plus’s launch and about setting up your merchant account. We won’t send you anything else, and we won’t sell or share your address.

Where it’s stored

With Cloudflare, which hosts this website, in a database located in Western Europe.

How long we keep it

Until we’ve contacted everyone about the launch, or sooner if you ask us to delete it.

When you visit, your browser also connects to these services, which see your internet address and basic details about your browser:

• Cloudflare hosts the site and runs the check on the form that tells people apart from spam bots (Turnstile). Cloudflare’s privacy policy

Your choices

To see the email address we hold for you, or to have it deleted, email merchants@qiplus.ae from that address. We’ll do it and confirm.
