When can I start using Qi Plus?

Qi Plus is launching soon for businesses in the UAE. Express your interest and we'll contact you before launch to get your account ready.

What do I need to sign up?

Your UAE trade licence, the owner's Emirates ID, and the bank account you want payments settled to. We review your details and switch your account on once they are approved.

When exactly does the money arrive?

On the next business day after your customer pays. Payments taken on a Friday, over the weekend or on a public holiday arrive on the next working day.

Which cards can my customers use?

Visa and Mastercard debit and credit cards. Your customer doesn't need an app or an account; they open the link and pay.

What does it cost?

A small fee on each successful payment, and nothing for links that aren't paid. Rates depend on your business and volume; ask us for a quote.

Can I refund a customer?

Yes. Open the payment in your dashboard and refund all of it or part of it. The refund goes back to the card it came from.

Do I need a website or a card machine?

No. A link and your phone are enough. If you do have a website, you can put the link behind a "Pay" button.
